HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

 

-Please come with a clean face that is free of any oils or makeup

 

-Eyebrows should be freshly groomed prior to your appointment. (Brows are a pivotal feature in your makeup look). 

 

-I have my own preferred lashes that vary in fullness and length, I normally choose what compliments your look the best. You are ok to bring your own lashes if you like. The price of your service will remain the same either way.

 

- As much as I appreciate your efforts of being early to your appointment, please wait until your scheduled time unless told otherwise. I have set aside time in-between each appointment to fully sanitize my tools and products. 

 

If you happen to arrive early to your scheduled appointment, please text me (314-482-6612) and I will confirm if it is ok to start your appointment early.

**COVID-19 GUIDELINES**

 

- I am fully vaccinated. 

 

- Please refrain from bringing any guest with you to your appointment. I only allow one client in my studio at a time.

- If you have any symptoms, please cancel your appointment.

 

- If you have a fever or show any symptoms at the time of your appointment, I will end your service. 

 

**LATE POLICY**

 

I firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to start your appointment at it’s scheduled time. Please respect my time and the time of those who may have booked after you and show up on time to your scheduled appointments. 

 

- There is a grace period of 10 mins. You must text me advising that you will be late.

 

- After 10 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit the original appointment and deposit. If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged another deposit.

 

- Services for clients arriving after 10 minutes late will be honored only at my discretion.

 

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

 

- Please note that once you have booked an appointment with me, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

 

- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

 

**NO CALL NO SHOW**

 

- NO CALL / NO SHOW WITHOUT REASONABLE EXCUSE WILL RESULT IN NOT BEING ABLE TO BOOK WITH KJ PERKINS BEAUTY IN THE FUTURE.
